PLEASE watch this video. If most urban meat-eaters were to visit an industrial chicken “farm”, to see how the birds are raised, and could see the birds being ‘processed’ in a poultry processing plant, some, perhaps many of them, would swear off eating chicken and perhaps all meat.
There is NO way you can say the chickens you eat do not suffer. They all have miserable lives. And they all suffer tremendously when killed.
Please go vegetarian… if you don’t want to give up meat and want to help, just eat less meat! An american will eat 2,570 chickens in their lifetime. The most powerful action you can take against suffering of many animals is to stop eating meat. I got the video from this site.
